• Student without a guarantor and living in France? Reassure the property owner by subscribing to a guarantee, either from STUDAPART during the accommodation on housing.sportsmanagementschool.fr or from GARANTME (see below). Consult your lessor’s preferences before choosing between the two offers.

1. Your guarantor to rent easily GARANTME
GARANTME grant you a warrantee to help your application be accepted by the owner. You can directly subscribe on their site www.garantme.fr. SMS students have a discount of 35 € (enter the promotional code given by SMS in order to get this discount).
2. The student residences STUDELITES
• Advantages: First, you get a discount of 25% on the application fees for the residences located in Ile-de-France, 50% on the application fees for the “Province” residences. Additionally, your application will be processed first.
• Requirements: book your accommodation directly on www.studelites.com by indicating the name of the school. The nearest residences to your campus are:

Notice: To ensure you get an accommodation with an interesting price for these residences in Paris and in the suburbs, the network Studelites advise you to book from August 1st for an accommodation starting from September 1st.
3. The student residences STUDEA
• Advantages: you have priority access to rentals located in the residences of Ile-de-France. You can also dispose of a house transfer within the network Studea without additional fees. Moreover, you will get a discount of 50% on the administrative fees for any lease agreement that lasts at least one year.
• Requirements: address your housing demand to the reservations centre RESA-STUDEA@nexity.fr or +33 4.37.91.25.42. The nearest residences to your two campuses are:

4. The student residences LES ESTUDINES
• Advantages: during the high season (yearly June 1st-August 31st), you have priority access to the apartments reserved to our students, only if your housing demand is accepted by the network Les Estudines before July 10th and if your lease agreement begins at the latest by next August 1st.
Outside the high season, you have priority to the available houses without date limit.
• Requirements: book your accommodation directly on https://www.estudines.com, by indicating the name of the school. The nearest residences to your two campuses are:

In addition to thousands of offers provided on the dedicated platform housing.sportsmanagementschool.fr, you can also look for those suggested by www.spotahome.com. They aim to give you complete information on the houses with photos, floor plans or even commentated videos. housing.sportsmanagementschool.fr give you an discount of 25% on the accommodation fees. You just need to enter the promotional code given by SMS, at the end of the accommodation process.
